These terms apply to the website, the free digital board and purchases of The Target Board Kit. Operator: To confirm: legal business name and address

1. What the service is

The Target Board is a planning tool: a physical whiteboard kit and a website for saving a photo of your board, setting reminders and keeping a digital task list. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent ADHD or any other condition. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

2. Accounts

• You need an account to save tasks or photos to our servers. Keep your password secure.
• You’re responsible for what you write on your board and in your tasks. Don’t upload photos that you don’t have the right to share or that contain unlawful content.
• Minimum age: To confirm: age requirement
• You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

3. The free digital board

The digital board is free. We may change or improve it. If you use it without an account, your tasks are stored only in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

4. Reminders and notifications

Reminders use web push notifications. Delivery depends on your browser, device, operating system, permission settings, network connection and third-party push services. We can’t guarantee that every reminder will be delivered or delivered on time, so don’t rely on them for anything safety-critical or time-critical.

5. Board photos

The website shows the photo you saved most recently. It does not connect to your physical board and does not update automatically. You keep ownership of your photos; you allow us to store and display them to you to provide the service.

6. Buying the kit

• Price: $29.99 USD for the kit plus $1.99 shipping, one-time, plus any applicable sales tax, all shown in checkout before you pay. There is no mandatory subscription.
• Guest checkout: you can buy without an account. The kit’s website features are linked to the account whose verified email matches the email used at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed only when we receive confirmation of payment from Stripe.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt the site, bypass security or payment checks, or send automated abuse.
